Bouviers Sita and Nora love sweets and no longer eat grass

Shiva 4.5 years and Nora 3 years, both bouviers, a blonde and black.
They really enjoy eating the sweets and have already noticed that they no longer eat grass.
Nora is very often sick, vomiting and diarrhea, but also an ear infection.
In a few weeks we hope that this will also go away, but I can't see it yet because she has been to the vet.
