1. EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR SHIPMENTS

Shipping times

We will start working on your order immediately. We ship orders on working days until 10 p.m. the day itself, and delivery takes place the next day.

In the Netherlands there is also delivery on Saturdays, in Belgium not yet on Saturdays.

Items ordered during the weekend will be shipped on Sunday evening and you will receive them on Monday.

Shipping costs (= free!)

We offer free shipping on all orders.

We offer one free gift per order (not per product in your shopping cart).

Track and trace

Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track and trace number. This allows you to track your package and check the status of your order.

Delivery

We deliver orders to your home or to an address of your choice.

Delivery

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, our logistics partner will leave a card with instructions for a second delivery attempt or for collecting the package at a collection point.

2. RETURN POLICY
If you want to return a package, you can do so within 60 days after the delivery of your package. We do not charge any costs for this. To prevent abuse of this satisfaction guarantee, we only refund the first order per customer ID within 60 days.

You inform us via support@dogsuppy.uk.

DogSuppy will immediately refund the amount deposited upon receipt of the goods. No additional costs will be charged for reimbursement.
