A new standard in daily dog care
Dogs are becoming part of the family and expectations around care are rising.
But much of the pet care industry hasn't caught up, still relying on treating symptoms and quick fixes.
That's why we're building DogSuppy: daily dog health, made simple.
We develop science-backed, natural formulas designed for both existing health issues and preventive care.
They're given as a chew or a topper at breakfast.
For dogs, it's a daily treat. For dog parents, it's a routine they trust and stick to.
We're a small team with big ambitions, building Europe's leading pet health start-up.
Our values
- We're all builders, not managers or strategists.
- We do what's best for the customer.
- We value competence and excellence in execution.
- High standards, fast execution.
- We think sharply and communicate clearly.
Working at DogSuppy is NOT for you if...
- You expect a lot of structure, process, or hand-holding.
- You mainly want to do strategy and management, not hands-on execution.
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or change.
- You avoid hard, gritty, unglamorous work.
- You need complete information before starting.
- You believe there's a trade-off between speed and quality.
What makes working at DogSuppy exciting?
Ownership and autonomy
We like to hire really smart people, give them a target and let them figure out how to get there.
Structure and policies are intentionally minimal.
Anh joined as an intern to launch UK – and is now working 3 days at our Amsterdam office next to her studies. It's her responsibility to grow DogSuppy in the UK.
We make real impact everyday
Every day we receive messages, reviews, photos, and videos from customers sharing how our products have improved their dogs' health.
We like to share some of our favourite customer messages in our Slack channels daily. This keeps us inspired!
The only person we truly have to answer to is our customer
We have no outside investors. If we can make our customers super happy, we win.
If you come up with an idea that fits our vision and can make an impact on our customers, more likely than not, you'll get the green light.
The only thing you'll get pushback on is whether it's the most impactful project to be working on right now.
A steep learning curve
Working at a fast-growing company means that every day is different and you get to learn at a much faster pace.
One year at DogSuppy feels like multiple years.
As one of our first Customer Success hires, Yentel is juggling multiple new projects in any given month. From being a spokesperson in our social videos, to hiring new employees and giving training to our B2B partners. There's always a lot to do!
Ambitious, low-ego team
We work with a small group of smart, driven people who care deeply about impact. In the office, it's hard to tell who's a lead, intern, or founder. We're all heads-down, building together.
We successfully launched in Poland and Italy in just two months!
In conclusion
Having said all that, it is a start-up culture. We have big ambitions, set high standards and work hard to achieve them.
Read the "This role is (not) for you if..." section carefully to see if you'll thrive here. It's not for everyone, and that's okay.
If you got to this point and you're still excited, that's already a good sign. Apply now and let's build together.
